Three Decades in Public Office
Amaechi is in a class of his own, everything he said he did and they are verifiable. I use the train from Ibadan to Lagos and same while returning even yesterday. At every given position he did exceptionally well, with high standards.

He never threw the buck at the feet of the traditional rulers, one of the things he did was to empower the Nigerian Airforce. The Airforce would fly their chopper in a reconnaissance to collect aerial photos of different hot spots. The next day’s news would carry how illegal modular refineries were destroyed or how notorious cultists/militants were apprehended. Amaechi was proactive as Governor, he never blamed the FG for insecurity, he fought it head on.
